        1987 Graduated from Xiamen University and conferred Doctor’s Degree of Economics
        1983 Graduated from Graduate School of Fiscal Science under Ministry of Finance and conferred Master’s Degree of Economics
        1977 Graduated from Liaoning Institute of Finance and Economics (now was renamed as Dongbei University of Finance and Economics, DUFE) and then started to work in the Institute as a teacher of Plutonomy.
        Professional Experience
        12/1999-Present Deputy Auditor General, the National Audit Office of China (CNAO)
        05/1990-12/1999 working inside the CNAO with titles as Assistant Director General of Shanghai Resident Office, Deputy Director General of Department of Public Finance Audit, Director General of Audit Research Institute and Director General of Department of Monetary Audit consecutively; and for a short time serving as Deputy Director General of Shanghai Pudong New Area Administration
        Publications and Honors
        More than 20 books and 70 thesis published;
        Main publications include Comparative Study on Finance, Contemporary Enterprise Handbook, Tax Accounting Practice (new version), Status of Finance and Credit Allocation in Gross Balance, Government Auditing and Audit Technique and Methodology.
        Enjoy Government Special Allowance granted by the State Council ever since 1994
upon the approval of the State Council.
        Conferred the title of Researcher from Chinese Academy of Social Science in 1995.
        Now serving as Vice Chairperson of Senior Auditor Assessment Committee of the CNAO,
Member of China Accounting Standards Committee under MOF, Director of National Accounting Institute and Visiting Scholar in Mainland China of Eisenhower Foundation, USA.
