 |  |  |  | Li Kemu |  |  |  |  |  | Born in July 1952, Mr. Li Kemu, vice chairman of China Insurance Regulatory Commission, is a research fellow and a doctorial supervisor. He started to work in 1969 and later became a teacher in the Central College of Finance after graduated from the college in 1982. He served as a fellow of the Development Research Center of the State Council in 1984 and once occupied the posts of director general’s secretary, section chief, vice director, editor in chief, director and member of the Party Group etc. During this period, he was once assigned to work with a company in Hong Kong. In June, 1998, Mr.Li was assigned as vice chief of the Office of the Central Financial and Economic Leading Group and the head of the Team of Macro-Economy.
