Meng Jianmin, owned the Ph.D. Economics in 2001. Now he is the Director-General of bureau of Statistics and Evaluation of State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration commission of the State Council (SASAC). Mr. Meng Jianmin enter the society in 1975, and successive worked for several Government Department. The department include such as the bureau of Geological and Mineral of Qinghai Province in 1975, the Department of Commercial and Financial of Ministry of Finance from 1985-1988, the Department of Commercial of the bureau of State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration from 1988-1992,the Office of Supervisory Assets of the State Council in 1992, the bureau of Statistics and Evaluation of National State-owned Assets Administration from 1998-2003. In the period of thirty years, he is responsible for developing country strategies for State-owned Assets and studying the policy of establishing corporate governance and modern corporate system and taking the lead in the statistics of assets of more than 200,000 state-owned enterprises in China. And he ever presided over the research and implementation of nationwide enterprises’significant financial reform projects of “State-Owned Enterprises Supervisory Assets” and “Performance Evaluation of State-Owned Enterprises”, took charge in drafting out a series of working documents of financial management, and presided at research projects, such as “Performance Evaluation of State Owned Enterprises” and “Beneficial Evaluation of Treasury Expansion” funded by Accounting Society of China and National Nature Science Fund, published over 100 articles on some national journals, and took part in deiting of important literatures such as Contemporary Finance and The 10 years of China Financial Reform, and the Companion for National Supervisory Assets and the report of national State-owned Enterprise research and performance evaluation research of Enterprise in China and Beneficial evaluation of Financial Expenditure etc. |
