Mr.Zhou Qinye is Executive Vice President of Shanghai Stock Exchange. He is a member of China Accounting Standards Committee under MOF. He has served China Securities Regulatory Commission as a member of the committee that reviews and approves initial public offerings as well as the subcommittee that examines material restructurings of SOEs. He has served Advisory Team of Independent Auditing Standards of CICPA as an expert from China. He is on the board of Shanghai Institute of Accountants. Mr Zhou is adjunct professor at Fudan University, Shanghai University of Finance and Economics and Li Xin Accounting College. His current research interests include accounting, auditing and information disclosure in securities markets. He is the author of many articles in the professional and popular press. He is the leader of key research projects, Securities Markets and Accounting Information Disclosure and Option-Based Payment for Employees, sponsored by Ministry of Finance. He earned an M.S. in economics at Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. |
